Upon the approval of an application for a building permit, the
following fees shall be payable to the Village of Mamaroneck:

Initial review. The following fees must be paid upon the submission
of an application for a building permit:

B.

Building permit: amount of fees. The amount of fees payable
under this subsection shall be determined by rates per $1,000 of the
cost of construction, additions, alterations, temporary construction,
or moving of a building as determined by the Building Inspector and
certified upon completion of construction and are as follows:
