The terms of its members will be staggered at the first election so the chairperson and the two supervisors who receive the highest number of votes will serve two-year terms and the other two supervisors with the least amount of votes will serve one-year terms. Each subsequent election will be for two-year terms so that elections will occur in both odd- and even-numbered years.
