The Town of Arbor Vitae hereby declares that it shall participate
in the State of Wisconsin Length of Service Award Program and shall
abide by all pertinent statutes, rules, regulations, procedures and
other requirements of the program.
All funds necessary to provide for annual contributions now
and in the future under the program.

The Town of Arbor Vitae Fire Department is hereby authorized
to establish and maintain an account, or accounts, in a financial
institution, or financial institutions, of its choice.
Authorization is hereby granted to the Arbor Vitae Fire Department
to accept funds from sources other than municipal appropriations and
maintain said funds in such accounts.
The Arbor Vitae Fire Department is authorized to disburse funds
from said accounts, from time to time and as appropriate, provided
such disbursement is only made pursuant to authorization granted at
and by a meeting of the Arbor Vitae Fire Department at a regular meeting,
or at a special meeting called for that purpose and upon due notice
to all members.
All checks drawn in said Arbor Vitae Fire Department accounts
shall be signed by the Fire Department Chief and counter-signed by
the Fire Department Treasurer.
At no time shall any funds be deposited into any accounts maintained
and controlled by the Arbor Vitae Fire Department which funds are
from municipal revenues or from fire calls.
Records of accounting of all accounts should be maintained by
the Department at its office and shall be open to inspection and review
by department members and Town officers at all reasonable times. All
records and accountings of the Fire Department shall be open to audit
by the Town Board or its representatives at any time.
