The permissive use of noncriminal disposition for Board of Health regulations restricting youth access to tobacco shall be provided.
The enforcing person shall be the Health Agent, Board of Health staff or designated agent, or the Palmer Police Department.
A. 
First violation: The permit holder and/or his or her agent or persons not in compliance with the provisions of this regulation shall be fined $100.
B. 
Second violation within one calendar year: The permit holder and/or his or her agent or persons not in compliance with the provisions of this regulation shall receive a fine of $200.
C. 
Third or subsequent violations within one calendar year: The permit holder and/or his or her agent or persons not in compliance with the provisions of this regulation shall receive a fine of $300.
