An appeal to the Land Use Board acting as a Zoning Board of Adjustment may be taken by any interested party affected by any decision of the Administrative Officer of the Borough based on or made in the enforcement of the Zoning Ordinance or Official Map. Such appeal shall be taken within 20 days by filing a notice of appeal in the manner set forth in Article II, § 40-15, of this chapter and in accordance with the provisions of N.J.S.A. 40:55D-1 et seq.
All appeals from decisions of the Land Use Board shall be to the Superior Court and not to the Borough Council.
An appeal from any decision of the Land Use Board acting as the Zoning Board of Adjustment granting a use variance pursuant to the provisions of N.J.S.A. 40:55D-17d may be taken to the Superior Court.
