The electors of the Village of South Nyack, New York, at the annual election held in said Village on the 20th day of March 2018, held a mandatory referendum to determine whether to change the date of the annual election in the Village from March to November of each year, and to determine whether the annual election shall be administered by the Board of Elections of the County of Rockland. A majority of the electors of the Village voted on the proposition in the affirmative, such that the Board of Elections of the County of Rockland shall administer the annual election beginning in the year 2019, and such that the date of the annual election of the Village shall be changed from March to November beginning in the year 2019.
