[Adopted as Ch. 14 of the 3-10-1934 General Bylaws]
Council on Aging is hereby established for the purposes and
with the rights and duties provided by General Laws Chapter 40, Section
8B.
Said Council shall consist of nine members appointed by the
Select Board members for terms of three years, except that the initial
appointments shall be three members for one year, three members for
two years, and three members for three years.
