[HISTORY: Adopted by the Village Board of the Village of Browntown 4-3-1978. Amendments noted where applicable.]
A joint action ordinance of the Board of Supervisors of Green County, providing for a county-municipal joint-action civil defense plan of organization adopted by said County Board on the 8th day of February, 1972. A copy of said county ordinance is attached hereto, and made a part hereof, by reference, and is hereby ratified and accepted by the Village of Browntown, County of Green. This ratification and acceptance of the Joint Action Ordinance shall constitute a mutual agreement between the Village of Browntown and the County of Green as provided by Section 3 of said Joint Action Ordinance.[1]

The County-Municipal Civil Defense Director, appointed and employed by the Green County Board as provided in the referred-to ordinance, is hereby designated and appointed Civil Defense Director for the Village of Browntown, subject to the conditions and provisions as set forth in the Wisconsin Statutes and the Green County Joint Action Ordinance.
