The Board of the Village of Browntown, Green County, Wisconsin,
a government municipality, is responsible for the conditions of a
unbiased and political-free work environment.
The Village Board of Browntown made and passed a motion to establish
an ordinance that forbids any political written, spoken, or printed
propaganda on the Village of Browntown property that promotes a party
or candidate, that undermines the governing of the country, and incites
unrest.
The first violation of this chapter could result in an oral
warning and the removal of propaganda; the second violation will result
in a written warning and removal of propaganda. The third violation
will result in termination of employment. The Board reserves the right
to terminate employment at its discretion if any violations are incurred.
The Board, after review, will make the determination if the material
falls under "political propaganda."
