The Village of Browntown has made a motion to restore the number
of Board members to five members. The Board will be comprised of the
Village President, presiding over all Board meetings. The President
will now have all rights and privileges restored as an active member
of the Board.
All five members will vote on matters before the Board, and
a quorum will need to be established to vote on any matters before
the Board. All positions on the Board are two-year terms, with the
President and two Trustee positions voted on in odd-numbered years
and two Trustee positions voted on in even-numbered years.
