Village of Browntown, WI Article II Board of Review

§ 15-3 Membership; appointment; terms of office.

[Amended at time of adoption of Code (see Ch. 1, General Provisions, Art. I)]

The Board of Review for the Village of Browntown shall consist of all Village Board members and shall hold office as members of the Board of Review for staggered five-year terms.

§ 15-4 Compensation.

[Amended at time of adoption of Code (see Ch. 1, General Provisions, Art. I)]

The compensation received by members of the Board of Review shall be $25 per annum and shall be received after the final adjournment of the Board of Review each year.

§ 15-5 Powers and duties.

The Board of Review shall have all the powers and perform all the duties as prescribed for it in the Statutes of the State of Wisconsin.

§ 15-6 Repealer.

Any previously enacted ordinance stating who shall be members or setting compensation for members of the Board of Review for the Village of Browntown is hereby repealed and declared null and void.
