Upon the effective date of this ordinance and thereafter, it
shall be lawful, within the confines of the Borough of Waldwick, Bergen
County, New Jersey, to conduct on the first day of the week, commonly
known and designated as "Sunday," those games of chance authorized
and permitted under N.J.S.A. 5:8-1 et seq. and the rules and regulations
of the Legalized Games of Chance Control Commission of the State of
New Jersey.
This ordinance shall take effect upon final passage and publication
as required by law.
