No person shall, within the boundaries of the Borough of Waldwick,
hunt or trap wildlife at any time.
See Chapter 1:14.1.
Ordinance No. 15-53, entitled "An Ordinance Relating to the
Prohibition of Hunting Within the Boundaries of the Borough of Waldwick",
and all other ordinances inconsistent with the provisions of this
ordinance, are hereby repealed.
This ordinance shall become effective immediately upon passage
and publication as required by law.
