The provisions of §§ 1200 through
1203(d), Subdivision 2, § 306(b) and § 402, Subdivision
6, of the Vehicle and Traffic Law of the State of New York shall be
the effective sections for purposes of this article in defining and
determining a parking, standing or stopping violation. Furthermore,
pursuant to the authority contained in § 1100 of the Vehicle
and Traffic Law of the State of New York, the provisions of Title
VII of said Vehicle and Traffic Law are extended to parking lots,
and "parking lot" is defined by § 129-b of the Vehicle and
Traffic Law of the State of New York.
A. The provisions
of § 1100 shall not be extended to particular private parking
lots unless approved by the Chief of Police of the Town of Lancaster
and the Town Board.
B. Any signs, signals
or devices to regulate parking in a private parking lot must be approved
by the Chief of Police and the Town Board.
C. The parking of
vehicles is hereby prohibited, except for the employees, registered
guests, customers and business invitees of the following private parking
lots:
(1) Ramada Inn,
Inc., 6643 Transit Road.
(2) English Park
Village. Parking of vehicles is prohibited within three designated
parking spaces adjacent to Lancaster - Williamsville Podiatry, 338
Harris Hill Road, Williamsville, Town of Lancaster, New York, which
premises is part of English Park Village, except for vehicles displaying
a card containing the following: "THIS VEHICLE AUTHORIZED TO PARK
WITHIN THE DESIGNATED PARKING SPACES OF LANCASTER - WILLIAMSVILLE
PODIATRY." The designated spaces shall have permanently affixed thereto
signs which reads as follows: "PARKING PROHIBITED EXCEPT FOR LANCASTER
- WILLIAMSVILLE PODIATRY PATIENTS DISPLAYING PERMITS TO PARK."

D. Traffic control
signs shall be installed, maintained and operated, in accordance with
the provisions as set forth in § 272.3 of the Manual of
Uniform Traffic Control Devices of the State of New York, at the following
private parking lots or roads:

(1) Red Roof
Inn, 146 Maple Drive, Bowmansville, New York, exit onto Maple Drive
South Access Road.
(2) Ecology and
Environment, Inc., 368 Pleasant View Drive, Lancaster, New York, exit
onto Pleasant View Drive.

The parking of vehicles is hereby prohibited
on all highways within this Town between 1:00 a.m. and 7:00 a.m. from
November 15 to March 15.

Parking of motor vehicles in excess of 12,000
pounds (six tons) registered maximum gross weight as shown on a motor
vehicle registration from any state or foreign country is prohibited
in the following locations except for the purpose of construction
or delivery to a site:
A. On all roads
in subdivisions within the Town of Lancaster.
B. On the following
roads not in subdivisions within the Town of Lancaster:
(2) Transit Boulevard.
