If any part or parts of this chapter are for
any reason held to be invalid, such decision shall not affect the
validity of the remaining portions of this chapter.
A.
This chapter
shall take effect 10 days after the publication and posting of this
chapter in accordance with § 133 of the Town Law of the
State of New York, except those parts, if any, which are subject to
approval under § 1684 of the Vehicle and Traffic Law of
the State of New York.
B.
Any part or parts
of this chapter which are subject to approval under § 1684
of the Vehicle and Traffic Law of the State of New York shall take
effect from and after the day on which approval in writing is received
from the New York State Traffic Commission.
This chapter shall apply to all of the Town
of Lancaster, Erie County, New York, outside of the Villages of Lancaster
and Depew.
