[Former Ch. 189, Solid Waste Disposal, consisted of the following legislation:

Article I, General Provisions (adopting the Solid Waste Code of New Jersey 1959), adopted by the Board of Health 4-16-1980, as amended, was repealed at time of adoption of Code (see Ch. 1, General Provisions, Art. I).

Article II, Recycling; Article III, Yard Waste; and Article IV, Construction Debris Regulation of the Township, which were all adopted by the Township Committee, have been renumbered and relocated in Chapter 140A, Solid Waste, as Articles I, II and III, respectively.]
