The Administrator of the Township of West Deptford is granted
the authority to establish no-trespassing areas on Township owned
properties, including, but not limited to, municipal buildings and
facilities, parks, playgrounds, etc. The no-trespassing areas will
be as designated by the Township Administrator, who may consult with
the Chief of Police or his designee prior to declaring an area a no-trespassing
area. The Public Works Department is authorized, at the direction
of the Township Administrator, to place "no trespassing" signs in
and around any area designated as a no-trespassing area.
