There is hereby created the office of Chief Financial Officer
in and for the Borough of Neptune City.
The Chief Financial Officer shall be appointed by the Mayor
with the advice and consent of the Borough Council.
The term of office of the Chief Financial Officer shall be for
a period of one year from the date of said appointment and advice
and consent of the Borough Council, unless he has obtained tenure
as provided by law.
The duties and responsibilities of the Chief Financial Officer
shall be those as provided by law.
