As used in this chapter, the following terms shall have the meanings indicated:
PERSON — Includes any individual, any combination of individuals, a partnership or a corporation.
Any establishment maintaining and operating coin-operated dry-cleaning machines or coin-operated laundry machines shall provide an attendant who shall be in attendance at all times during which said establishment is open for business between the hours of 12:00 midnight and 6:00 a.m.
Each person who is the owner, operator or manager of an establishment maintaining and operating for hire coin-operated dry-cleaning machines or coin-operated laundry machines shall not permit the operation of such machines by any person under the age of 14 years.
Each person who is the owner, operator or manager of an establishment maintaining and operating for hire coin-operated dry-cleaning machines or coin-operated laundry machines shall comply with the following requirements:
A. 
Provide interior lighting so that all areas of the establishment are visible from the outside thereof.
B. 
Provide a telephone to be located within the establishment.
Any person violating or failing to comply with any of the provisions of this chapter shall, upon conviction thereof, be punishable by a fine of not more than $500 or by imprisonment in the county jail for a term not to exceed 90 days, or both, in the discretion of the court. The continuation of such violation for each successive day shall constitute a separate offense, and the person or persons allowing or permitting the continuation of the violation may be punished as provided above for each separate offense.
