There is hereby created by the Borough of Neptune City the position
of Purchasing Agent.
The Purchasing Agent shall be appointed by the Mayor, with advice
and consent of the Council. The term for the office shall be for one
year effective January 1st of each year until December 31st of the
same year, or until the appointment and qualification of a successor.
The Purchasing Agent shall respectively receive such annual
salary or compensation as the Mayor and Council may, from time to
time, fix and determine pursuant to the Salary Ordinance.
The Purchasing Agent shall perform the duties and responsibilities
as provided by law.
