This chapter shall take effect immediately upon its passage and publication according to law. Immediately upon adoption of this chapter, the Borough Clerk shall file a copy of this chapter with the County Planning Board as required by law. The Clerk shall also file with said County Planning Board copies of all other ordinances of the municipality relating to land use involving subdivision, zoning and site plan and other related ordinances.[1] Further notice is required to be sent to the Monmouth County Planning Board prior to any hearings on the adoption, revision or amendment of any Master Plan or development regulations at least 10 days prior to the date of said hearing, and said notice shall include a copy of the proposed development regulations.
