No person shall construct, build, assemble, place, position
or allow any recreational or any other devices, including but not
limited to, any basketball backboard/rim/net, hockey-type net or skateboard
ramp, on or to hang into any portion or part of any street or sidewalk
within the Borough of Neptune City, except for dumpsters which are
being utilized in connection with (a) the removal of debris, and/or
(b) the renovation of and/or construction to a residence which does
not possess a driveway. In such event, the Police Department shall
issue an approval not to exceed 30 days to allow the dumpster to remain
on the street.
