The commission to be paid to the Tax Collector of the Borough
of Mount Holly Springs for the collection of such Borough taxes as
he shall be required and authorized to collect shall be 5% of the
amount collected, whether collected during the discount period, at
face, or after the date when a penalty shall be added thereto.
