A Civil Service Commission is hereby established pursuant to the provisions of the Borough Code, 8 Pa.C.S.A. § 1170 et seq., which Commission shall have only those powers, duties and responsibilities designated by the Borough Code.
The Commission shall consist of three members who shall be qualified electors of the Borough and shall be appointed by Borough Council to serve for initial terms of two, four and six years. As the initial terms expire, the terms shall thereafter be for a term of six years.
