As used in this chapter, the following words shall have the following meanings:
CANNABIS BUSINESS
Any "cannabis establishment," "cannabis delivery service" and "cannabis distributor" as defined in this section and within the New Jersey Cannabis Regulatory, Enforcement Assistance, and Marketplace Modernization Act, as amended and supplemented,[1] and any and all other persons and entities engaging in any class, kind or type of commercial or noncommercial cannabis related business activity or operation subject to regulation by municipal ordinance.
CANNABIS ESTABLISHMENT
Shall have the same meaning as defined in the New Jersey Cannabis Regulatory, Enforcement Assistance, and Marketplace Modernization Act, as amended and supplemented,[2] and shall include all classes of cannabis cultivator, cannabis manufacturer, cannabis wholesaler, and cannabis retailer.
CANNABIS DELIVERY SERVICE
Shall have the same meaning as defined in the New Jersey Cannabis Regulatory, Enforcement Assistance, and Marketplace Modernization Act, as amended and supplemented.[3]
CANNABIS DISTRIBUTOR
Shall have the same meaning as defined in the New Jersey Cannabis Regulatory, Enforcement Assistance, and Marketplace Modernization Act, as amended and supplemented.[4]

All cannabis businesses, including any cannabis establishment, cannabis delivery service and cannabis distributor, are hereby prohibited from operating anywhere in the Borough of Florham Park, except that this shall not be construed to apply to the transportation or delivery of cannabis items and related supplies by a delivery service to consumers within the municipality and any other form of cannabis business or cannabis related business activity that is exempt from, or not subject to, municipal regulation pursuant to state law.
