In addition to the law and traffic enforcement provided to the
Town of Chesapeake City by the Cecil County Sheriff's Department and
the Maryland State Police, parking violations shall be enforced by
the Town's Parking Attendant(s) who shall be appointed and/or hired
by the Town as it deems appropriate and necessary. In addition to
the Cecil County Sheriff's Department and the Maryland State Police,
the Parking Attendant(s) shall have full authority to enforce all
parking ordinances and regulations within the corporate limits of
the Town of Chesapeake City, including, but not limited to, the issuance
of parking tickets, citations and/or municipal infractions relating
to the illegal parking and/or storage of motor vehicles, boats and
campers on streets and alleys located within the Town of Chesapeake
City and the authority to order and direct the towing and removal
of motor vehicles violating Town parking ordinances and regulations.
