The Mayor and Council, by resolution, may establish regulations
for parking within the Town of the Town of Chesapeake City from time
to time, and such regulations may include the number and location
of reserved parking spaces, the procedures and fees for obtaining
parking permits for such reserved spaces, the fines and penalties
for any violation of the parking regulations, and the regulation of
parking in general. Such regulations may be amended and modified from
time to time through further resolution.
