A.
No person shall remove, fill, dredge, build upon, degrade, or otherwise
alter any area subject to review under the Sherborn Bylaw without
the required authorization, or cause, suffer, or allow such activity,
or leave in place unauthorized fill, or otherwise fail to restore
illegally altered land to its original condition, or fail to comply
with a permit or an enforcement order (WPA Form 9) issued pursuant
to the Sherborn Bylaw.
B.
The Commission shall have authority to enforce the Sherborn Bylaw,
its regulations, and orders of conditions and determinations issued
thereunder by violation notices, enforcement orders, and civil and
criminal court actions.
