No person shall smoke, ingest, or otherwise use or consume marijuana
or tetrahydrocannabinol as defined by MGL c. 94C, § 1, within
the limits of any park, playground, cemetery, school building, school
grounds, parking lot, public building or public land owned or under
the control of the Town of Sherborn, or on any public way or way to
which the public has a right of access as invitees or licensees, including
any person in a motor vehicle while it is on or upon any public way
or any way to which the public has a right of access as aforesaid,
within the Town of Sherborn.

Violations of this article shall be punished by a fine of not
more than $300 for each offense.

Consistent with MGL c. 94G, § 3(a)(2), all types of
marijuana establishments as defined in MGL c. 94G, § 1,
to include all marijuana cultivators, marijuana testing facilities,
marijuana product manufacturers, marijuana retailers or any other
types of licensed marijuana-related businesses, shall be prohibited
in the Town of Sherborn.
