Any violation of the Rules and Regulations of Farm Pond adopted
by the Select Board pursuant to Chapter 304 of the Acts of 1935, shall
be punished by a fine of $200 as set forth in MGL c. 45, § 24,
by means of noncriminal disposition in accordance with MGL c. 40,
§ 21D.
