It is a traffic infraction for any person to violate any of
the provisions of this chapter unless such violation is by this chapter
or other law of the State of New York declared to be a misdemeanor
or a felony.
Any person convicted of a violation of any section of this chapter
shall be subject to the imposition of any penalty for such violation
as set forth in Article 45 of the New York State Vehicle and Traffic
Law.[1]
