In addition to the other legal requirements or prohibitions,
the residency requirements for election or appointment to and continuance
in the office of Village Justice of the Village of Canisteo, Steuben
County, New York, shall be that any such appointed or elected officer
must reside within the County of Steuben and the State of New York.

All appointed officers of the Village of Canisteo must reside
in the County of Steuben and State of New York.
