Except as noted in Subsection C:
A. No person shall, within the territorial limits of the Township of
Gloucester, hunt, attempt to hunt or discharge firearms of any type,
including rifles, shotguns, pistols, air guns and BB guns, at any
time.
B. No person shall discharge any firearm upon or across any state, county
or Township road or highway.
C. No person except the owner or lessee of the property persons specifically
authorized by him in writing shall hunt, discharge or have in his
possession a loaded gun while within 1,500 feet of any occupied dwelling
in the Township of Gloucester or Township recreational building or
field or within 1,500 feet of a school playground.
Any person convicted of violating the provisions of this article
shall be subject to a fine of not more than $200 or to imprisonment
in the county jail for a period not exceeding 60 days, or both in
the discretion of the Magistrate before whom such conviction shall
be had.

Any person violating any section or provision of this article
shall, upon conviction thereof, be punished by a fine for each such
infraction, not exceeding $1,000 or by imprisonment for a term not
exceeding 90 days, or both.
