A. This chapter may be applied on private property as
provided by agreement between the owner or lessee of such private
property and the Village. Nothing therein shall be construed however
to impose any obligation upon the Village to enforce the terms of
this chapter on private property. No enforcement may occur without
appropriate signs being plainly posted on such private property.
B. It shall be unlawful for any person to place upon
or cause to be placed upon real property other than his own any vehicle
without the express consent of the owner or lessee of such property.
C. Provided that the traffic regulation is plainly posted and a valid enforcement agreement exists between the Village and the owner or lessee of such private property, the absence of the property location in Article
XI of this chapter shall not be a defense to any violation hereof.
