It is the purpose of this article to provide
the opportunity for the location of professional offices in transitional
areas between business development and residential development, primarily
major roads, and in areas which are not necessarily appropriate for
standard commercial or industrial activity.
No building or structure shall exceed 24 feet
in height.
Lot area shall be not less than 10,000 square
feet, and lot width, along the fronting street, shall be no less than
100 feet. The sum of all areas of all buildings, including accessory
buildings, shall not exceed 40% of the area of the lot.

No building or structure of any kind shall hereafter
be erected, enlarged or altered in a Professional District unless
provision is made for off-street parking pursuant to the requirements
of this chapter.
