City of Long Branch, NJ Article II Business Loan Application Fee

§ 166-3 Administrative processing fee.

An administrative processing fee of $100 shall accompany all applications submitted to the Director of Community and Economic Development in support of the business loan program, and the fee shall be deposited as program income in the CDBG account.

§ 166-4 Authorization of Director.

The Director of Community and Economic Development is hereby authorized to represent the City of Long Branch in the collection of the $100 fee.
