City of Long Branch, NJ Article III Rental Rehabilitation Application Fee

§ 166-5 Administrative processing fee.

An administrative processing fee of $100 shall accompany all applications submitted to the Director of Community and Economic Development in support of the Rental Rehabilitation.

§ 166-6 Deposit of fee.

The administrative processing fee of $100 should be deposited in the CDBG account.

§ 166-7 Authorization of Director.

The Director of Community and Economic Development is authorized to represent the City of Long Branch in the collection of the one-hundred-dollar administrative processing fee.
