Editor's Note: This Part 1 has been enacted in conformance with the provisions of the Municipal Land Use Law (c. 291, P.L. 1975) to revise administrative procedures for land use and development in the Township of Saddle Brook. Where conflicts or inconsistencies exist between this chapter and other chapters or sections of the Code, § 118-33 of this chapter has provided for the repeal of such inconsistencies. Action will be taken in the future by the Township Council to amend other sections in the Code in conformity with this chapter and the Land Use Law.

Editor's Note: Pursuant to Ord. No. 759, adopted 1-26-1978, Ord. No. 743, adopted 2-10-1977, was extended for an additional period of one year, until February 10, 1979. All of the provisions of said ordinance, including the continuance of all existing zoning and planning ordinances and the Township's Official Map as set forth in said ordinance, were continued in force and effect for this additional year.
