[The Borough has provided for the extension
of the social security system to all employees and officers of the
Borough of West Chester, through the adoption of Ord. No. 11-68 on
8-14-1968, which provision also authorizes payroll deductions and
appropriation of matching payments by the Borough. The entire text
of this ordinance is on file in the office of the Borough Manager,
where it is available for inspection.]
