of West Chester Police Pension Plan pursuant to Ord. No. 6-1972, adopted
4-12-1972. Ordinance No. 14-2017, adopted 8-16-2017, provided for
the amendment and restatement of said plan in its entirety, effective
1-1-2004. The entire text of said plan is on file in the Borough offices,
where it is available for inspection.]
