§ 61-11 Enforcement of county code.

The Town Council of the Town of Georgetown hereby authorizes Sussex County to enforce the Sussex County Building Code for one- and two-family dwellings, including all residential dwellings and commercial structures within the corporate limits of the Town of Georgetown, effective May 1, 1995.
