Township of South Hackensack, NJ Article XIIA LOSAP Officer for Ambulance Corps

§ 40-37 Establishment of office.

There is hereby created the office of LOSAP Officer for the Ambulance Corps, whose duties it shall be to calculate the credits of any member of this Corps in accordance with Chapter 30 of the Code and to certify the same to the Chief Financial Officer of the Township when called upon to do the same.
