It shall be unlawful for any person to park or leave standing any vehicle within the parking lot upon Township premises adjacent to Municipal Building other than as follows:
A. 
Within the six marked parking places so designated by signs along the northerly side of the lot: police cars only.
B. 
Within the one marked parking place so designated by sign on the northerly side of the lot: only a vehicle operated by a handicapped person as the law otherwise provides.
C. 
The five parking places so designated by signs along the westerly side of the parking lot only for the Township Clerk, Finance Assistant, Township Tax Collector, Township Court Administrator and Township Technical Assistant, respectively.

D. 
The parking place adjacent to and south of the easterly entrance to the parking lot currently designated as parking for the Chief of Police and the adjacent parking place designated and parking for the Fire Official shall be redesignated as "Senior Parking - Tuesdays, 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., and first Thursday, 12:00 noon to 4:00 p.m.

E. 
Within the six marked parking places the entry to which from Franklin Street is in common with the entry to the garage for the ambulance: only the vehicles of any members of the Ambulance Corps of the Township of South Hackensack while such members are actively engaged in their official duties.
F. 
Within any other marked parking place: only the vehicles of persons lawfully engaged in business or activity within the Municipal Building while such persons are so engaged.
In addition to the penalty provided herein, any vehicle parked in violation of the regulations provided under this chapter may, at the direction of the Police Department, be summarily towed away, and a towing and storage charge equal to the sum payable for such towing and storage under Chapter 202, Towing, shall be imposed and collected by the Police Department for the recovery of such illegally parked car.
