It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or
corporation to engage in the business of scavenger except between
the hours of 5:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Saturday.

Any person, firm or corporation violating any
provision of this article shall be subject to a a fine not exceeding
$2,000, imprisonment for a term not exceeding 90 days, a period of
community service not exceeding 90 days, or any combination thereof.
A separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or
on which a violation occurs.
