Any applicant who proposes to develop a subdivision in the Town of Milan shall submit plans and other documents for approval as specified in this article of the Subdivision Regulations.
A. 
The applicant for a minor subdivision shall submit a completed application form, including the State Environmental Quality Review Act (SEQR) environmental assessment form (EAF), accompanied by the required application fee and two copies of the proposed subdivision plat. After sketch approval and prior to scheduling of the public hearing, the applicant shall submit to the Planning Board two maps of the subdivision plat, certified and signed by a licensed land surveyor, including the individual stamp/signature blocks for the Town Planning Board and, if required, the Dutchess County Health Department and be in a suitable format for approval or conditional approval. The subdivision plat shall bear no erasures and be drawn on sheets of paper not larger than 36 inches by 48 inches.
The applicant for a major subdivision shall initially submit two copies of a sketch plan to the Planning Board based on tax map information, or similarly accurate base map, at a scale not less than one inch to 50 feet. The entire sketch plan shall be shown on a sheet of paper not exceeding 36 inches by 48 inches. The sketch plan shall indicate the information found in the checklist in Appendix C.
A. 
The preliminary plat shall include all information required for the sketch plan phase of the application process, as specified in § 177-17.
B. 
The applicant shall submit two copies of the preliminary plat certified by a licensed land surveyor and engineer, as required by law, at a scale of not more than one inch to 50 feet. The preliminary plat shall be drawn on sheets of paper not larger than 36 inches by 48 inches.
C. 
The preliminary plat shall also include, to the extent applicable, all information identified in the checklist found in Appendix C.
A. 
The final plat shall include all information required for sketch plan and preliminary plat phases of the application process, as specified in §§ 177-17 and 177-18 of these Regulations.
B. 
The applicant shall submit a reproducible mylar and two copies of the final plat certified by a licensed land surveyor and engineer, as required by law, at a scale of not more than one inch to 100 feet. The final plat shall include individual stamp/signature blocks for the Milan Planning Board and the Dutchess County Health Department and be suitable for filing in the office of the Dutchess County Clerk. The final plat shall bear no erasures and shall be on a sheet of paper not larger than 36 inches by 48 inches.
C. 
To the extent applicable, the information contained on the checklist provided in Appendix C will be submitted for approval and shall constitute a final plat.
