The following streets are designated one-way in the direction indicated:

§ 68-5 Operation of vehicles in accordance with directions indicated.

No person shall operate any vehicle on the portion of the streets specified in § 68-4 of this article during the times therein specified, except in the directions therein stated unless otherwise directed by a police officer. The directions in which vehicles may proceed shall be conspicuously shown by signs.
