Any violation of this Part 1 is hereby declared to be an offense, punishable by fine not exceeding $50 or imprisonment for a period not to exceed six months, or both. Each week's continued violation shall constitute a separate additional violation. The Town may also, in addition, institute any appropriate action or proceeding to prevent a violation of this Part 1 as provided for in § 268 of the Town Law or any other applicable state law.
