The Senior Account Clerk of the Water Department
of the Town of Chenango is, upon adoption of this Part 2, authorized
and directed to issue all permits required by the rules and regulations
of the water districts of the Town of Chenango and, further, to process
any and all applications and to collect any and all fees as required
by the rules and regulations of the water districts of the Town of
Chenango.
This Part 2 shall be entitled "A Local Law of
the Town of Chenango, Broome County, New York, Authorizing the Senior
Account Clerk of the Town of Chenango Water Department to Issue Any
and All Permits Required to Be Issued under the Rules and Regulations
of the Water Districts of the Town of Chenango and to Collect and
Process All Applications and Fees in Lieu of the Town Clerk of the
Town of Chenango." This Part 2 may be cited accordingly. This Part
2 may also be cited as a local law of the Town of Chenango, Broome
County, New York, by year and number of passage.
