A.
No member of the Bern Township Police Department shall
participate or engage in any police activity in any municipality or other
political subdivision beyond the borders of Berks County without the prior
written approval of the Board or its duly designated representative.
B.
Requests for prior written approval from
the Board shall be made in writing and submitted by the Chief of Police in
such manner as it may be directed by the Board or its duly designated representative.
