Township of Bern, PA Article III Fire Hydrant Tax

§ 158-15 Tax levied; rate.

For and during the year 1974 and thereafter until altered or amended by the Board of Supervisors of Bern Township, Berks County, Pennsylvania, the tax levied for fire hydrant purposes on all real estate within the fire hydrant district or within 780 feet of any fire hydrant in said district shall be 1/4 of a mill (.00025), and said levy shall be collected as provided by law.
